Develop Enhanced Biologics

PreEMT technology enables the development of enhanced biologics by facilitating the economical production of proteins and performing unique reactions. Protein therapeutics may fail in development due to the inability to produce sufficient material for large animal studies or establish a commercially viable process. With PreEMT technology, BaroFold is able to economically produce these difficult to manufacture protein therapeutics.

BaroFold has applied PreEMT technology to perform selective reactions on proteins generating an internal pipeline of protein therapeutics. At high hydrostatic pressures, the protein properties may be improved to provide a more efficacious and safer product.  Generating new chemical entities with PreEMT may create products that cannot be manufactured by any other method.
